Zagroda Śląska is the home where the SOHA story began. It was during the construction of our own house that we experienced how demanding and complex the organization of a single-family home build truly is — from selecting the plot and handling formalities, through scheduling and budgeting, to coordinating contractors and designing the interiors.
Through our own investment, we developed a structured process that eliminates chaos, unexpected costs, and random decision-making. This house became the foundation of our method — a comprehensive way of guiding investors through the entire building journey, from the first decision to the moment they move in.
